How to use?

How to load GPX file?

You can load GPX file from local file system.

  1. Click the button on the toolbar.
  2. Select GPX file.

You can also load a GPX file by drag and drop it on the browser.

How to save GPX file?

You can save GPX file to local file system.

  1. Click the button on the toolbar.
  2. Right click on the "GPX File" button and choose "Save link as". If you are using Firefox or Google Chrome, you can click the button to save the GPX file.

  3. Select GPX file.

NOTE

DO NOT OVERWRITE ORIGINAL GPX FILES.

How to create new route?

  1. Click the button on the toolbar.
  2. Click "Append" button.

  3. Select route type.
    • "trk" is an ordered list of points describing the path created by GPS. "trk" needs "trkseg".
    • "trkseg" is a child tag of "trk". If "trk" is selected, you can select "trkseg".
    • "rte" is an ordered list of route point leading to a destination.
    • "wpt" is an individual waypoint.

  4. Select the new route added. The following image is an example of adding "rte".

  5. Click the button on the toolbar.
  6. Click button to add new waypoint.

  7. Click on the map to add a new waypoint. When you have finished editing, close the Route Edit Dialog.
